Tintype prints produced in New York City’s Penumbra Foundation thanks to the Artist Access Grant I received in 2019.
This is process is one which is done in the darkroom, applying chemicals (Bromide and Silver) to Tin in order to make it light sensitive, at which point, a negative is projected through an enlarger and an image is created on the surface. The last two images are printed on clear glass and rubi glass.
